Shipping Information

With the exception of weekends and holidays, I process and ship items from Connecticut when the your art is fully dried and ready to be packed.  

Please note that any special shipping promotions offered are applicable only to packages being shipped to Continental United States addresses.  Free shipping is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, or any US Territory or international shipping destinations.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.  For commissioned portraits, I will discuss the cost of shipping after the project has been completed.  Shipping costs will vary depending upon the size of the commission.   If you are local, the piece may be picked up at my Studio.

Return Policy

Commissions are non-refundable because I will be communicating with you throughout the time I am working on your commission.  I will send progress photos at different stages of the project.  If you do not like something at that time, we can discuss changes while I am working on your piece.  Once the commission is completed returns are not accepted.

Any product handled by an outside vendor will follow their return policies.   If it is as custom product that I must send out to be printed, it cannot be returned unless you received it damaged or defective.  An example of this would be a photo of you printed on an acrylic panel.   If it is a pre-made product in stock that is ordered, it may be returned if it is in its original packaging and unused.

If you receive a print that has been damaged or something is not correct with it, please contact me to discuss how to return it.   A replacement of the exact print ordered will be sent to you.
